New from Slot Classic:
Pegaso Spyder "Le Mans"
August 2003
Pegaso Spyder Le Mans
The quality of the Slot Classic product is truely superb, an even more amazing achievement when you consider that the cars are handmade and produced in such small numbers (limited to 400 units).
The new Pegaso Spyder from Slot Classic is the one which was enrolled in the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1953. With a V8 motor of 2.800 cbm equiped with Roots compressor and a Weber double carburator; four camshaft over the motor and dry housing.
A real wonder for that time, but sadly all that mechanic potential made that the brake system wasn't at the same level as the rest of the car.
Pegaso participated with two of these cars and during the training series one had problens with the brake system and the other car came off the road creating a bad accident. This was the reason for Pegaso to take the decision to retire from the race.
Slot Classic brings you the possibility to drive with this superb car on your slot track.

New from Slot Classic:
Mercedes 300 SL Spyder
"Panamericana"
December 2002
Mercedes 300 SL Spyder "Panamericana"
May 1952 was the return of Mercedes Benz to motor racing for the first time since 1939.

For the1952 Panamericana Race, Mercedes moved to Mexico four 300 SL´s, two coupes and two spyders. One of these spyders was used for training and later ceded to the journalist Gunther Molter to make a chronic of the race. The other unit was relayed to the american pilot, John Fitch, copiloted by Geiger, which is the one presented by Slot Classic.

The most distinctive detail from this model resides on its peculiar windscreen, which was built due to the great height of the american pilot. After a competitive race with the Ferraris of Bracco and Chinetti, the Mercedes won, but they couldn't get the desired triple win due to the disqualification of this model, due to a reparation in the front axis, that wasn't allowed in the race's regulations.

Slot Classic did a great job in reproducing this car. You can find all the details and even the windscreen in a very detailed way.
This model is available since January 2003.
Slot Classic manufactures this famous sportscar on a 1:32 scale for slotracing.
